All Sonoma Jewel orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.

A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $250. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $250 and over.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped

RETURNS

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Sonoma Jewel piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only on in-stock, unused, and undamaged items received within 14 days of the purchase date.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned: custom and personalized pieces, sale items, and purchases made with a promo code.

Items must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Sonoma Jewel is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
